Richard Clements is the founder of ISN; a company made up of an integrated team of leaders who are excited by the relentless pursuit of cutting-edge solutions for our clients. A seasoned bilingual global financial services executive with a proven track record of leveraging deep industry relationships to successfully create and launch new products into complex and sophisticated markets.
Prior to ISN, Richard held senior positions at Bloomberg, as Global Head of Market Transparency, Thomson Reuters. as Global Head of Valuation Risk and where he was the Global Head of the Credit Crisis Team. Richard was the founder of Global Liquid Markets, a short duration trading system. Richard has been at the forefront of financial technology implementation designing and implementing trading, big data and analytics systems.

Miten Amin, FCCA
Miten Amin manages European operations for ISN, managing high level relationships with ISN’s top tier clients as well as managing the European team.
Miten has 20 years of experience within Financial Services. Most recently Miten was a Director within the Structured Analytics & Valuations Group at Moody’s Analytics, in this role he led EMEA Risk Advisory solutions with clients including Multinational Investment Banks, Retail banks, Building Societies, Insurance and Asset Managers across Global Regulatory, Accounting and Stress Testing engagements. This included the provision of custom or off the shelf data, software, valuations and advisory solutions across all Structured Finance asset classes including CLOs, European ABS and RMBS. His prior experience has included heading the ABS/CLO Syndicate Desk at Commerzbank London pre and post crisis and an integral part of the ABS/CLO Capital Markets/Syndicate and Portfolio Management desks at ABN AMRO London pre-crisis. This included being an integral part of ABN AMRO’s award winning European securitisation business. Responsibilities have included running cross asset class new issue execution, running an underwriting/primary trading book, investment book and cultivation of issuers and investors across Structured Finance.
Miten is FCA CF30 Registered, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), holds a bachelor degree in Economics from Kingston University and is a regular speaker at Securitisation conferences.
Michele Kelsey is a senior financial services executive with a strong track record of results and operational excellence. Deep knowledge of fixed income, derivatives, structured finance, risk exposure, legal entity data and pricing and reference data.
Michele has held senior positions at Vantage Production as a VP, at Thomson Reuters as a Senior Vice President for the Enterprise Platform and in the Pricing and Reference Data businesses. Michele was also a Senior Vice President at Loan Pricing Corporation.
Michele has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business from Saint John’s University.
Bruce Manson is a Managing Director at ISN out of the New York office. Bruce is an accomplished executive with financial technology and financial markets experience at premier, globally branded companies.
With backgrounds in valuations and pricing, regulatory requirements, data delivery platforms, electronic trading platforms, capital markets, trade analytics, marketing and business strategy, Bruce has held senior positions at Bloomberg, Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse, and HSBC. Using a disciplined approach to business operations and project management, he has managed large established business models as well as startups.
Bruce has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the Wharton School.
Liz Hogan is a senior financial services executive who has built her career in the fixed income markets. Prior to consulting with ISNCC, she was most recently a member of the Executive Committee as a Managing Director at Societe Generale, New York. She was Deputy Head of the Global Markets Division, a business that generated up to $1BN in revenue with 400 employees. She has spearheaded regional growth, “quarterbacked” crisis management and has been a sounding board for the organizational response to dynamic industry wide regulatory changes occurring today and into the future.
Liz has a Bachelor’s degree in French from Franklin & Marshal College and an MBA in finance from Baruch College.
Mike Bruno is a Managing Director at ISN, New York. Mike has deep experience in product management, specializing in financial market data, market indexes, fixed income securities and portfolios, and financial application design.
Mike has held positions at RIMES Technologies as a Senior Vice President and Head of Product Management for North America, at the FTSE Group where he headed FTSE’s global fixed income and alternative asset index businesses, and at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management where he consulted on various projects for their private client web site. He has also been a Vice President of Institutional Fixed Income at Reuters America, a Vice President of Account Management at EJV Partners L.P., and a fixed income analyst in corporate bonds and mortgage-backed securities.
Mike holds an MBA in Finance and Investments from Baruch College, City University of New York and a BA in Economics from Stony Brook, State University of New York. He has also been an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Financial Management at New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies and a fixed income instructor at New York Institute of Finance.
Damien Weldon is is a Managing Director for ISN in San Francisco. A seasoned executive, he has a strong track record in quantitative solution development, and is a strategic advisor & consultant to several fintechs.
Damien is the founder & president of The Molybdenum, an advisory & innovation practice focused on data and analytics for risk management and asset valuation. Before founding The Molybdenum, he was managing director, business development at Vichara Technologies, and he has also held a number of senior business development, product management and data science roles at CoreLogic.
Damien has a bachelor’s in applied sciences in physics and mathematics from the University of Dublin and a master’s of science in mathematical modeling and numerical analysis from the University of Oxford.
Juli Morris is a Director for ISN, San Francisco, responsible for ISN Marketing and project management. Juli is a strategic marketing leader for high growth B2B and SaaS technology companies in Fintech and other sectors, and has spent 27 years advising entrepreneurial brands, creating thought leadership platforms, and driving acquisition and revenue for global technology companies.
Juli has held senior marketing positions at DealVector, E2open, and RCM Technologies. She has extensive experience helping companies grow marketplaces and apply technology and new business models to solve inefficiencies and create better experiences and outcomes for market participants.
Juli has a J.D. degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
Anthony Casolino is a Director at ISN in the San Francisco office. Anthony brings 25 years of experience in OTC money market and derivatives markets, trading system design, and business development.
Prior to ISN, he was a co-founder of Global Liquid Markets and an early employee of Financial Oxygen. Both companies were leaders in transactional money market systems. Anthony has founded and played critical early stage roles in several real estate startup companies (iFarmShares and OppSites) that focus on, alternative real estate investments, and leveraging the internet to bring transparency and efficiency to existing marketplaces.
Anthony has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance from the Bernard M. Baruch College, City University of New York, in addition to Series 65 Investment Advisor and California Real Estate Broker license.
Francis X. Corrigan
Frank Corrigan provides the analytical research skills and global perspective necessary for a mixture of value driven projects at ISN. His insight into the financial services industry derives from several perspectives. At Thomson Reuters Frank adopted an international approach to the financial markets as he worked as part of the valuation risk team in developing analysis and product platforms focused on the structured finance arena and regional regulatory initiatives.
Frank has spent several years instructing at the university level and continues to teach economics as an adjunct professor at both Iona and Concordia College. Frank graduated from Fordham University in 2007 with a Masters in Financial Economics.
James Feliz is a Director at ISN, San Francisco, with over 20 years experience in Capital Markets. Prior to ISN, James was a Senior Executive and Board Member across multiple industries that include financial services, biotechnology, real estate, financial technology, and investment management. He managed a data and analytics business for Bloomberg LP, responsible for large west coast banking and asset management relationships, as well as platform product enhancements. Prior to Bloomberg he managed 2B in portfolio assets as a Fund Manager for Invesco’s Fixed Income and Capital Markets division based in New York.
James holds an M.B.A in finance from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University and a B.Sc. degree in Economics from San Jose State University. He is a board member and advisor to Clavis, a financial technology startup that has developed digital cross border payment rails linking G20 economies with developing nations.
Johan Rode, CFA
Johan Rode is a Director at ISN out of the London Office. Johan is a seasoned financial services professional focusing on risk, valuation and regulatory impacts with a focus on Public Equities.
Prior to ISN, Johan was a Director of Sales at Barclays Capital. Johan worked in equity research as a Global Basic Materials Research analyst at Citigroup and Deutsche Bank. Prior he managed a Precious Metals Equity fund for Standard Corporate and Merchant Bank.
Johan has a Bachelors in Business Science from the University of Cape Town and is a CFA charter holder.
Sarah Young is a Director at ISN our of the London office. Sarah is a senior financial services executive with 20+ years’ experience delivering new business sales and managing client retention and revenues in high growth fintech and regtech businesses.
Prior to ISN, Sarah was Business Development Director at Soteria Software where she led revenue generation. Sarah has held senior positions at Soteria Software, Taskize, Interactive Data, Data Explorers (now IHS Markit), Omgeo (now DTCC) and Bloomberg, where she has managed relationships with the world’s largest banks and asset managers.
Sarah has a BA (Hons) degree in Politics and Philosophy from Wolverhampton University.
Vishaal Chudasama is a Director at ISN out of the London office. Vishaal is an experienced structured credit financial services professional focusing on credit risk, pricing illiquid assets, structuring and restructuring.
Prior to ISN, Vishaal was at BNP Paribas where he held roles as Business Manager and Portfolio Manager, managing several-billion portfolio of US and European ABS and Real Estate loans. Most recently he was an Originator & Structurer within the Asset Finance and Securitisation Business, Global Markets.
Vishaal has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Surrey, UK.
R Jens Francis
Jens Francis is a senior executive and experienced computer scientist with an active involvement on Capitol Hill in the area of technology, energy and healthcare policy. Responsible for launching numerous companies with help from Stanford University, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Rock Health, The Cleantech Open, Pivotal Labs, IBM, and various venture and private equity firms. Jens is a partner in the Newport Board Group and a founder of angelMD and The Faultline Group. Jens was the founding CTO at Global Liquid Markets, a short duration trading technology.
Jens has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Alaska, Anchorage.
Aldis is a Director, Technology at ISN New York. Aldis has over 30 years of global experience as a Software and Database Architect.
Aldis’ recent focus is Data Governance/Master Data Management and Machine Learning in Government (Federal, State), Finance and Health Care. Representative engagements have included Data Governance/ML at Veteran’s Administration and Tennessee State Strategic Technologies Services, equities trading clearance at Credit Agricole, ongoing database applications at Deutsche Bank, as well as internet startups.
Aldis holds a Masters degree from McMaster University in Canada, and studied towards his PhD. at the University of Toronto
Bil Krauss is an Associate Director for ISN. He is a data analyst and strong technical writer, and is multilingual in French, German and Spanish.
Bil also serves as Senior Data Analyst for VendEx Solutions and has been instrumental in the refinement of the VendEx data model. In addition to his work with VendEx, he has owned and managed Bil Krauss Entertainment, Inc., for 33 years and is an award winning musician and entertainer.
Bil has a Bachelor’s Degree in English and French, and a Master’s Degree in language teaching, with a focus on linguistics, from The University at Albany in New York.
Rachel F. Spott
Rachel Farrah Spott runs the ISN offices in charge of facilities and operations. Farrah’s background is in the art world. Farrah brings order and resolution to ISN.
Farrah has a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in History from San Francisco State University and a Masters in History of Art from Birbeck, University of London.
